Version 1.1.92 of CAMSEG (1.2 Beta 2) has been released. This is the second release of CAMSEG 1.2. All the big work for 1.2 is done, what is left to do is mostly lots of small fixes and features. This version is much more usable than 1.1.91. CWI cannot be configured and uploaded from a simple wizard in CAMSEG. The dialog to create a campaign has been changed : it’s now a wizard, much more easier to use. Database campaigns can also be created from this wizard. Another addition is the CWI Manager, a new module to manage CWI from CAMSEG. For more details, just look at the change log.
Major changes in this version :
- Database campaigns can be created directly from CAMSEG
- CWI can be managed from CAMSEG with the CWI Manager module, and it can also be installed from a simple wizard
- Corrected lots of bugs in IDs implementation and others
- Some UI changes (splitters)
- Import from Model functionality
- Payment modes can now be integrated in models
- Custom permissions and IDs
- New theme (Summer) for CWI
- Lookups dialogs now behave correctly with the new IDs
To download this version, you need to select “Browse All Packages” from the “Download” menu. There, you select the “CAMSEG 1.2″ release. Please note that it is a Beta 2, so there are most probably bugs, and not all the features planned for 1.2 are present.. Version 1.1 is strongly recommended for a normal usage.
Beta 3 (1.1.93) should be available in about 2 or 3 weeks. Most features planned for 1.2 will be in this release.
